HARD CAMP

Hard Camp is what it says on the tin – it’s a hard camp. Its objective is to explain and expose your rowers to key elements of the programme, so that they can evaluate if the programme is suitable for them or more importantly if they are capable of existing in your programme.

The camp includes water sessions, physiological testing on ergometers and in the gym. It also includes presentations on culture, rowing technique, training, nutrition and developing the correct mindset and mental skills to succeed within the programme. The camp can also be tailored to include additional elements specific to your requirements.

The camp will last six days.
